Responsible for employee relations and labor relations programs.
Provide employee relations programs through employee activities and communications, etc.
Develop and execute global employment brand strategy.
Implement a new global HR system, closely interacting with global HRIS team.
Implement global EOS (Employee Opinion Survey) and lead action planning.
Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policy and guidelines.
Provides guidance to management and employees on Human Resources issues.
Other related duties as required and assigned
10 years of relevant experience with 5 years plus HR experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
