  Responsible for employee relations and labor relations programs.
  Provide employee relations programs through employee activities and communications, etc.
  Develop and execute global employment brand strategy.
  Implement a new global HR system, closely interacting with global HRIS team.
  Implement global EOS (Employee Opinion Survey) and lead action planning.
  Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policy and guidelines.
  Provides guidance to management and employees on Human Resources issues.
  Other related duties as required and assigned
 
 Job Requirement:
  10 years of relevant experience with 5 years plus HR experience.
  Bachelors Degree
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  Proficient in Microsoft Office
